If a business unit in a larger company is placed under the authority of a head office in a reorganisation, which specialises in different scope of same service, but at the same time wants to tell its new subordinates what to do in detail, it can end badly. This is exactly what happened to the Stuka dive-bomber unit in November 1940. A short article on this subject can be found in the 03/2023 issue of INFO Eduard magazine.

Pokud se v nějaké větší firmě dostane určitá business
unit v rámci reorganizace do podřízenosti centrály, která se ve stejném
oboru specializuje na jinou problematiku, ale současně chce svým novým podřízeným
detailně nařizovat co mají dělat, může to skončit špatně. Přesně tohle se stalo
