An air battle with American bombers in April 1944 over the
North Sea forced two German fighters from JG 1 to make an emergency landing on
an island in occupied Denmark. One of them was Lt. Heinz-Günther Lück and the
landing marked the end of his combat career, but perhaps because of this he
lived to see the end of the war. His story is published in Eduard INFO magazine

nad Severním mořem donutil dva německé stíhače z JG 1 nouzově přistát na
ostrově v okupovaném Dánsku. Jedním z nich byl Lt. Heinz-Günther Lück
a přistání pro něj znamenalo konec bojové kariéry, ale možná i díky tomu se
